We are based in Pretorius Park, Garsfontein, South Africa.
Our courier partners can deliver your order to your door anywhere in South Africa! We do not deliver by courier to plots, farms, mines, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves and lodges, airports, or harbours, and should your delivery address fall into one of these categories you will be liable for the extra costs incurred in delivering or returning the parcel. We currently do not offer international deliveries, or deliveries to lockers, P.O. Boxes or Postnet branches.
After receiving your orders, we pack them and hand the orders to the couriers. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays as our couriers delivers from Monday to Friday. All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days. Most orders are in stock and ready to be delivered within 1-5 working days, and in extreme cases, it may take up to 7 working days for your package to reach you. Payments are done by EFT. Orders will only be dispatched once payment reflects and has cleared in our bank account.
We do offer free shipping for orders over R1000.00 for all areas. Free shipping and courier rates are subject to change at any time.

We have partnered with top courier companies to offer you the best delivery service possible. Delivery costs is a flat rate of R100.00 for shipping anywhere in South Africa.
Unfortunately, not. We don’t own or operate our own courier service. We make use of a third-party courier companies. We don’t have control over their delivery schedules.
You must supply a full physical address where you or someone will be available to receive your parcel. KaboomZ assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
We are an ecommerce site so all you need to do is simply add what you want to your cart and checkout when you are ready. You will need to give your contact details and address, choose a delivery option, and then make payment to place your order.
Unfortunately, not. Once an order is placed and paid for it is final. Our warehouse is optimised for speed, so it is very difficult to pull an order from the line once it has been placed to make changes to it and there is a good chance it has been packed and way billed already by the time you realise you want to add something. Please rather be sure to check your cart carefully before checking out.
Your wish list/cart is just that. A wish list/cart does not secure your order or the products on the website. Please check availability of items in your wish list/cart before you finalize your order as we cannot guarantee availability of the products.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of order, we will contact you via email.

Get in touch with us via email or reply to any of the emails we sent you and state the nature of your issue. We will do what we can do resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that our courier partners are independent from us and so we have no direct control over them. In a lot of cases our couriers will get in touch with you directly to sort the problem out (which is quicker).

It happens sometimes when a product is on order, is OUT OF STOCK, we will fulfil the rest of the order and contact you to exchange, credit or refund the item out of stock.
